1.What is covered?
- The defects you find in the items you received: movement problem(works incorrectly), watch case, crowns , band and buckle.
2.What is not covered?
- Purchases from unauthorized resellers
- Damage caused by the buyer
- Lost or stolen products
- Purchases made over 12 months ago (unless otherwise stated)
- Non-quality-related issues (after 30 days of purchase)
- Free products & gifts & accessories
3.What will we do?
- For watch defects by this limited warranty, at our choice and cost, we will offer you optional solution:
- Have your defective watch repaired
- Have your watch replaced
- Refund to you the amount you have paid for the defective watch.
- It begins the day you place your order.
